SHA-RA Energy Submits IPO Application to Capital Markets Board

Foreks - ŞA-RA Energy, one of the leading companies in the Turkish industrial and energy sector, announced that it has applied for a public offering to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) in line with its growth targets during this special period as it prepares to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

As a pioneer in the industry and energy sector, ŞA-RA Energy has officially submitted its application for a public offering to the CMB to further advance its 40-year success story and achieve sustainable growth objectives. Operating in a wide range of areas, including energy transmission lines, substations, telecommunications projects, and highway guardrail systems, ŞA-RA Energy aims to accelerate its national and international growth targets through the public offering.

With the public offering, the company plans to focus on the modernization of energy transmission lines, capacity enhancement, and investment in innovative technologies. Additionally, it is stated that renewable energy projects and initiatives aimed at reducing carbon footprints will be among the focal points of this process.
