Ziraat GYO transferred its shares in a subsidiary Ziraat GYO (ZRGYO) transferred 5 million shares in its subsidiary, Ziraat İşletme Yönetimi ve Gayrimenkul Geliştirme, to Ziraat Filo ve Mobilite Çözümleri for a total amount of 7.8 million TL. This transaction was announced via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). Following the transfer, Ziraat Filo ve Mobilite became the new owner of the shares in Ziraat İşletme Yönetimi.
