On its 15th anniversary, Borusan EnBW Energy continues its mission to lead Turkey's green energy transformation successfully. As one of Turkey's leading electricity production companies in wind energy generation, Borusan EnBW Energy produces over 2 TWh of renewable energy annually with its 796 MW portfolio, which is entirely based on renewable energy sources.

Established in 2009 as a joint venture between the Borusan Group and Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (EnBW), Borusan EnBW Energy celebrates its 15th year and plays a pioneering role in transforming Turkey's energy sector. With a portfolio of 13 power plants that rely on renewable energy sources such as wind, solar, and hydroelectric power, totaling an installed capacity of 796 MW, Borusan EnBW Energy continues to generate value for sustainability in both Turkey and the world.

Through its achievements over 15 years, the company has set higher standards in the industry and contributed to Turkey's energy independence with renewable energy investments, playing a significant role in addressing climate change and ecological crises. Borusan EnBW Energy’s portfolio, composed entirely of 100% renewable energy plants, prevents the emission of 1.3 million tons of carbon annually while providing electricity production exceeding 2 TWh, which powers 1 million households.

Additionally, Borusan EnBW Energy is continuing its investments in an electric vehicle charging station network to support Turkey's electrification infrastructure. As the leading producer of wind energy in Turkey, Borusan EnBW Energy is also rapidly advancing its investments in solar energy, regarded as the energy source of the future.
