Competition Authority Launches Investigation into Pure Organic Food

The Competition Authority has decided to initiate an investigation against Pure Organic Food Inc. The statement read: "The preliminary investigation conducted regarding the allegation that Pure Organic Food Inc. violated Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054 by determining the resale prices of its buyers has been concluded by the Competition Authority. After discussing the information, documents, and findings obtained during the preliminary investigation at its meeting on December 20, 2024, the Competition Authority found the findings serious and sufficient, deciding to open an investigation against Pure Organic Food Inc., with the decision numbered 24-54/1190-M."
