Norm Holding Achieves a Corporate Governance Score of 9.26
Foreks - Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc., one of Turkey's leading corporate rating companies, has evaluated Norm Holding for the third time and updated its Corporate Governance Rating from 9.19 to 9.26 out of 10 after the periodic revision work conducted over the past year.
Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc., which determines the corporate governance rating of companies with a Capital Markets Board (CMB) license, has raised Norm Holding's Corporate Governance Rating to 9.26 following an analysis conducted under the main heading of "Corporate Governance Principles," covering Norm Holding and all its subsidiaries. Following the initial evaluation conducted in 2022, where the rating was 9.04, it was first increased to 9.19 this year and then boosted by 7 points to 9.26, demonstrating Norm Holding's ongoing commitment to operating in line with the CMB's Corporate Governance Principles.
Norm Holding CEO Mahmut Öztürk stated, "Although we are not a publicly traded company, we aim to comply with the Corporate Governance Principles II-17.1 regulation established by the Capital Markets Board in accordance with the Capital Markets Law No. 6322, which is still in effect. According to SAHA's Global Corporate Governance Index published on July 12, 2023, Norm Holding is classified within the 1st group. We are proud to have achieved a corporate governance rating of 9.26 this year through our efforts. Continuing our stable growth is both a source of pride and happiness for us.
