VBT Yazılım signed a contract with SGK
VBT Yazılım (VBTYZ) completed the tender process for the purchase of "Medula and Insurance Database Software License Update and Support Maintenance Service" by the Social Security Institution (SGK) of Turkey. The company offering the most suitable bid signed a contract with SGK effective until December 31, 2024. The contract amount is stated to be 169,200,000 TL (excluding VAT). The support and maintenance services will start on January 1, 2025, and will end on December 31, 2025.
Çağdaş Cam sells solar panel glass to Europower
Cagdas Cam Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (CGCAM) received an order for solar panel glass worth 165,000,000 TL from Europower Enerji (EUPWR) and its subsidiary Peak Pv Solar Technologies. Deliveries are planned for the second quarter of 2025. This new collaboration is considered an important step to meet the increasing demand for solar panels in the energy sector.
Kızılbük GYO increases timeshare sales
Kızılbük GYO (KZBGY) recorded 270 timeshare sales in December 2024 at the Sinpaş Kızılbük Thermal Wellness Resort project in Marmaris. The pre-sale revenue from these sales reached 155,500,764 TL. To date, a total of 29,140 timeshare sales have been made across the project, with a total pre-sale revenue of 7,209,129,436 TL excluding VAT.
İmaş Makina signs flour mill installation contract
İmaş Makina Sanayi A.Ş. (IMASM) signed a contract worth 1,619,000 dollars for the installation of a flour mill with a customer based in the Commonwealth of Independent States. An advance payment has been received under the agreement, and delivery is planned for the end of 2025. This project is noted as another significant undertaking that strengthens the company’s presence in international markets.
Katmerciler sells airport equipment
Katmerciler (KATMR) has completed a sales agreement worth 7,124,730 euros (approximately 260,381,807.53 TL) with a domestic customer. The agreement covers fuel equipment to be used at airports. Deliveries are expected to take place in 2025, and this sale is anticipated to be a significant source of revenue for the company.
Menderes Tekstil included in the renewable energy list
Menderes Tekstil (MNDRS) has been included in the Final Renewable Energy Resources Support Mechanism (YEKDEM) list for three energy plants in 2025. The plants include the Akça Wind Power Plant with an installed capacity of 20 MW, the Baklacı Geothermal Power Plant with 19.4 MW, and the Tosunlar-1 Geothermal Power Plant with 4 MW. The electricity sale prices for the produced electricity are set at 7.3 $cent/kWh and 10.5 $cent/kWh, respectively. The Aliağa Wind Power Plant, which has completed its YEKDEM period, will continue its operations in the EPİAŞ spot market.
Solar Santral's solar energy contract canceled
Solar Santral, a subsidiary of Birleşim Mühendislik (BRLSM), announced the cancellation of a previously signed contract for the installation of a solar power plant (GES). The project was mutually terminated due to insufficient distribution capacity allocated by Türkiye Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ). The company reported that the processes related to the contract cancellation were completed as of January 2, 2025.
Kütahya Porselen increases employee count
Kütahya Porselen Sanayi A.Ş. (KUTPO) announced a 14.20% increase in its total workforce. The number of employees increased from 1,190 to 1,359 with the acquisition of a porcelain factory. This increase is seen as an indicator of Kütahya Porselen's growth in production capacity.
Ege Gübre expands jetty capacity
Ege Gübre Sanayi A.Ş. (EGGUB) continues to extend its jetties by 100 meters as part of its port project. The company anticipates completing this capacity expansion project in the first half of 2025. Following the project’s completion, current chemical storage operations are planned to be ceased to expand port backservice areas.
Enpara Bank begins operations
Qnb Bank A.Ş. (QNBTR) announced that Enpara Bank A.Ş., which obtained operational permission from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), began its operations on December 30, 2024. Integration work regarding customer acceptance and other banking transactions is ongoing. Developments regarding the partial spin-off of Enpara Bank will be announced in due course.
Precaution on EUYO shares
Under the Volatility-Based Precautionary Measures System (VBTS), it was announced that EUYO shares will be traded using the single price method from January 3, 2025, until January 31, 2025. During this period, measures such as the previously implemented short selling and margin trading bans will continue.
