TANKER REPORT - 33 Tankers Currently at Black Sea Ports
According to a report prepared by Tribeca Shipping Services and shared via email, there are a total of 33 tankers in the Black Sea, which serves as the first leg for oil arriving in the region to reach the world through the Istanbul and Dardanelles Straits. Among these tankers, 21 are classified as aframax, 10 as suezmax, and 2 as panamax. Taking into account the tankers that have not yet docked at the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is stated to be 43. The Russian ports of Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Georgia's Supsa are where tankers are docking in the Black Sea. Currently, there are 27 tankers at Novorossiysk, 3 at Taman, 2 at Kavkaz, and 1 at Tuapse. There are no tankers in Supsa.
