Correction: Menderes Tekstil's Three Plants Featured in Final YEK List

Menderes Textile (IS:MNDRS)'s Akça Wind Power Plant, Baklacı Geothermal Power Plant, and Tosunlar-1 Geothermal Power Plant have been included in the Final Renewable Energy Resources List.

In a statement to KAP, the company provided the following information: "In accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Resources for Electricity Generation No. 5346 and the Regulation on the Certification and Support of Renewable Energy Resources, the legal entities holding licenses that will benefit from the YEK support mechanism in 2025 have been determined by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority’s Decision No. 13185-3 dated 31/12/2024, and the 2025 Final YEK List has been published on the EPDK website.

Our company has applied for the 2025 YEKDEM for Akça Wind Power Plant, which has an installed capacity of 36.9 MW and holds the right to participate in the "Renewable Energy Resources Support Mechanism (YEKDEM)" with a fixed price guarantee in USD, 20 MW of which is under YEKDEM; Baklacı Geothermal Power Plant with an installed capacity of 19.4 MW; and Tosunlar-1 Geothermal Power Plant with an installed capacity of 4 MW. Our applications have been published in the Final YEK List by EPDK.

For our Aliağa Wind Power Plant, which has an installed capacity of 19.2 MW and whose YEKDEM period has ended, electricity sales transactions will be conducted in the EPİAŞ Day-Ahead Market (GÖP) and Intraday Market (GİP) spot markets throughout 2025. During 2025, under YEKDEM; the sale price of electricity generated at our Akça WPP will be $0.073/kWh, at our Baklacı GPP will be $0.105/kWh, and at our Tosunlar-1 GPP will also be $0.105/kWh."
