Turkey Insurance Wins Silver PSM Award for Innovative Customer Engagement and Experience

Foreks - Türkiye Sigorta (IS:TURSG) received the Silver PSM Award in the Innovative Customer Engagement and Experience category. The Mastercard PSM Awards 2024: Turkey's innovation awards have found their recipients. In this year's event, 60 projects were awarded after the jury evaluation out of 449 applications. Türkiye Sigorta won the Silver PSM Award in the Innovative Customer Engagement and Experience category with its "Sentiment Pulse: Social Media Sentiment and Content Analysis Project."
