Field Updates Tat Gıda's Corporate Governance Rating to 9.50

Foreks - Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. has updated the Corporate Governance Rating for Tat Gıda (IS:TATGD) Sanayi A.Ş. to 9.50.

Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc., which operates as a corporate governance rating agency licensed by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, has revised the Corporate Governance Rating of Tat Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. from 9.60 to 9.50 as of December 28, 2023.

Saha utilized the methodology based on the "Corporate Governance Principles" published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) in January 2014 for this rating study.
