YEO Technology Signs Service Agreement with Finland-Based Energy Company

Foreks - YEO Technology has signed a contract for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 15 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and other equipment to be integrated into an existing hydroelectric power plant in Finland.

In the announcement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it is stated: "Our company has signed a contract with an energy firm based in Finland for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 15 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and other equipment (AC-DC) to be integrated into an existing hydroelectric power plant in Finland.

This project will enhance the energy efficiency of the hydroelectric power plant and increase the plant’s profitability through revenue generated in the balancing power market. Additionally, it will strengthen our position in sustainable energy technologies and contribute to the global energy transition.

Our company, currently investing in energy storage systems with a capacity of 5 GWh, will continue to provide significant contributions to environmentally friendly energy transformation by combining its manufacturing experience and international expertise in system integration with battery technologies."
