The Date for Armada Gıda Shares to Begin Trading on BIST Announced

It has been announced that the shares of Armada Gıda Ticaret Sanayi A.Ş. will begin trading on the Yıldız Market. The company’s shares, representing a nominal capital of 263,980,843 TL, have been listed on Borsa İstanbul under the 8th article of the Quotation Regulation.

As of January 3, 2025, the 54,996,000 TL nominal value shares of Armada Gıda offered to the public will be traded on the Yıldız Market with a base price of 40 TL, under the trading code "ARMGD.E" and using continuous trading methods. The maximum order value for this relevant series has been determined as 1,000,000 TL.

Results of Armada Gıda's Public Offering The public offering of Armada Gıda shares took place on December 25-26-27, 2024. While the unit price was set at 40.00 TL, all of the shares with a total nominal value of 45,830,000 TL, along with an additional 9,166,000 TL nominal value of shares offered for sale, were sold.

The total size of the public offering amounted to 2,199,840,000 TL. For the shares, including the additional sale with a nominal value of 54,996,000 TL, demand reached 69,724,006 TL, equivalent to 1.27 times the offering. There was a demand of 1.18 times for the shares allocated to domestic individual investors and 1.42 times for the shares allocated to domestic institutional investors.

For the shares allocated to company employees, which have a nominal value of 549,960 TL, there was a nominal demand of 253,989 TL, and the unsatisfied shares were allocated to domestic institutional investors. These results reflect the interest and trust of investors in Armada Gıda.
