Chinese Fresh Beverage Producer Mixue Group Targets IPO in Hong Kong

Mixue Group, a Chinese fresh beverage manufacturer, is targeting an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong to expand its production capacity. The company, headquartered in Henan province, stated in its application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange last week that it plans to use the IPO proceeds for purposes such as building and upgrading production facilities and enhancing marketing efforts. The company did not disclose how much money it aims to raise or provide a timeline for the offering.

Mixue sells products like fresh fruit beverages, teas, ice cream, and coffee through a franchise network of over 45,000 stores. More than 40,000 of those stores are located in China, over 2,600 in Indonesia, about 1,300 in Vietnam, and the rest are spread across the Asia-Pacific region.
