Xiaomi Delivers Over 135,000 Vehicles in 2024, Aiming for 300,000 in 2025
Forex - Lei Jun, Chairman and CEO of Xiaomi, stated that Xiaomi delivered over 135,000 vehicles in 2024 and aims to deliver 300,000 vehicles in 2025. Lei noted that as of now, the company’s electric vehicle division, Xiaomi EV, has opened 200 stores in 58 cities. Xiaomi also mentioned that this year’s SU7 deliveries have surpassed 130,000 and that it has completed all targets for 2024 ahead of schedule. The company indicated earlier this week that Xiaomi EV’s factory will continue to increase production and accelerate deliveries in the new year. Xiaomi officially announced its entry into car manufacturing on March 30, 2021, and unveiled the SU7 on December 28, 2023. Xiaomi EV launched the SU7 on March 28, 2024, offering three versions: Standard, Pro, and Max, with starting prices of 215,900 RMB, 245,900 RMB, and 299,900 RMB, respectively. Deliveries for the Standard and Max versions of the SU7 began in April, while deliveries for the SU7 Pro started in May.
