Cengaver Yıldızgöz Appointed as General Manager of TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust

Cengaver Yıldızgöz has been appointed as the General Manager of TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSKB GYO). In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was mentioned that "Our General Manager Mr. Nurlan Erol has submitted his request to resign due to retirement reasons, effective as of 31.12.2024. Our Board of Directors has decided to appoint Mr. Cengaver Yıldızgöz as the General Manager starting from 01.01.2025."

Cengaver Yıldızgöz is a graduate of Yeditepe University with a degree in English Business Administration and has subsequently completed an MBA in Finance and Management at the same university while continuing his professional career. After serving as a Research Assistant during his university training, he began his professional life in the General Directorate of Doğan Şirketler Grubu (IS:DOHOL) Holding A.Ş., holding various management positions for ten years in finance, portfolio management, financial affairs, and investor relations. Yıldızgöz has continued his career since joining TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust A.Ş. in 2010 as Deputy General Manager, member of the Corporate Governance Committee, and as a Board Member of Anavarza Hospitality A.Ş. (Divan Adana Hotel). He will serve as the General Manager of TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust starting from 01.01.2025.
