Sumer Asset Wins Auction for Individual Portfolio in Denizbank's Delinquent Receivables Sale for 175.6 Million TL

Forex - Sumer Asset Management won an auction for an individual portfolio in the sale of non-performing loans by Denizbank for 175.6 million TL.
In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted:
"Our company has won the auction for one individual portfolio with a principal amount of 175,615,642 TL, which was offered for sale in the non-performing loan sale conducted by Denizbank A.Ş. on December 27, 2024, by submitting the highest bid.
The finalization of the auction results is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the bank that initiated the auction, and upon approval, the contract signing process and the transfer of the loans in question will commence."
