President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan evaluated the services provided to Turkey in 2024. In a social media post on the last day of the year, Erdoğan stated that significant projects were undertaken in various fields in 2024.
Effective struggle against forest fires President Erdoğan announced that a significant fight against forest fires was conducted in 2024. He noted that 105 helicopters, 27 airplanes, and 14 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were effectively deployed to combat the fires. He emphasized that these vehicles played a crucial role in controlling forest fires. It was mentioned that the damages were minimized thanks to these aerial vehicles used in the fight against fires, further highlighting the government's commitment to environmental protection policies. Erdoğan stressed that projects in this area would be expanded in 2025.
Economic support projects President Erdoğan stated that under the Treasury-backed guarantee system, approximately 32.8 billion lira in loans were provided to around 5 thousand enterprises in 2024. Togg, which is an important move in domestic production and technological developments, aims to elevate Turkey in the electric vehicle market. Support for youth through technology training In 2024, Erdoğan mentioned that they provided technology education to 35 thousand students at 130 DENEYAP technology workshops across 81 provinces. He noted that these workshops play an important role in the education of young people. He emphasized that such educational projects are vital for increasing young people's interest in technology and discovering new talents. Erdoğan stated that these educational activities are extremely important for the future of Turkey and announced that project and program initiatives focusing on technology development for youth would continue in 2025.
