TANKER REPORT - 38 Tankers Located in Black Sea Ports
In the Black Sea ports, there are a total of 38 tankers, which are the first step for the oil arriving in the region to reach the world via the Istanbul and Çanakkale Straits. According to a report prepared by Tribeca Maritime Services and shared via email, 24 of the tankers are aframax, 12 are suezmax, and 2 are panamax type. Considering the tankers that have not yet approached the ports, it is noted that the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is 48. The ports of Russia where tankers dock include Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Georgia's Supsa. Currently, there are 33 tankers in Novorossiysk, 3 in Taman, and 2 in Kavkaz. There are no tankers at the Supsa and Tuapse ports.
