Brazilian Steelmaker CSN Acquires 70% Stake in Estrela

CSN, the Brazilian steel producer, is acquiring 70% of Estrela, a company from logistics operator Grupo Tora. CSN signed a contract to purchase the Estrela shares for $120.2 million. The steel producer had made a binding offer for the acquisition earlier this month.
