11 Properties Owned by Sümer Holding Listed for Sale Across 9 Provinces

The General Directorate of the Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has put 11 properties located in 9 provinces up for sale. The auction announcement was published in today’s Official Gazette. Accordingly, the 11 properties located in Adana, Isparta, Izmir, Karaman, Kocaeli, Manisa, Samsun, Sivas, and Tokat will be privatized through the "sale" method. The auctions will take place on February 17 and 18. The auctions will be conducted through the "negotiation" method, involving sealed bids from multiple bidders and discussions. The auctions will be concluded with an open bidding process involving the participation of the bidders with whom negotiation discussions are ongoing.
