CMB Sets Tariff for Real Estate Valuation Services to Take Effect in 2025

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has determined the tariff for real estate appraisal services to be applied in 2025. The CMB's decision on the "Minimum Fee Schedule and Implementation Principles for Real Estate Appraisal Services for the Year 2025" has been published in the Official Gazette. The minimum fee schedule will be applied for the appraisal services provided by members of the Turkey Appraisal Experts Association to their clients. The amounts of the fees are minimum and can be agreed upon at a higher rate based on the nature of the work.

Accordingly, for the established tariff concerning real estate appraisal services, the appraisal fee for residential, office, or commercial properties with a gross area of up to 150 square meters will be 11,000 TL. For properties between 150-250 gross square meters, the fee will be 11,748 TL, and for properties between 251-500 gross square meters, an appraisal fee of 13,478 TL will be applied.
