Fitch Upgrades Credit Rating of South Cyprus

Forex - The international credit rating agency Fitch has upgraded Cyprus's credit rating for the second time this year. According to the announcement from Fitch, the country's long-term foreign currency rating has been raised from "BBB+" to "A-." Fitch had also increased Cyprus's credit rating by one notch in June. Following the upgrade, the outlook on the credit rating was revised from "positive" to "stable."
