Forex - New home prices in China showed a faster increase in November. According to data released by the China Index Academy, the average price across 100 cities rose by 0.36% in November, following a 0.29% increase in the previous month.
On a year-on-year basis, the average price increased by 2.40% in November, compared to a growth rate of 2.08% in October.
Official data on housing prices will be released by the Chinese statistics bureau on December 16.
Analysts predict that housing prices are likely to stabilize by 2026 as the effects of supportive measures gradually emerge. However, they caution that a sustainable recovery depends on improvements in broader economic factors, including corporate earnings, employment levels, and income growth.
