TSKB Completes Early Repayment of €150 Million Loan

Foreks - TSKB (IS:TSKB) has completed the early repayment of a loan amounting to 150 million euros obtained from the TVF Market Stability and Balance Sub-Fund. It has been decided to repay the loan by using the early repayment option, and with the approval of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA), the repayment has been made today (December 27, 2024).

In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated: "In our announcement dated April 24, 2019, it was reported that a capital-like loan of 150 million euros was obtained from the TVF Market Stability and Balance Sub-Fund, which is under the management of the Turkey Wealth Fund Management Inc., with the indefinite approval of the BRSA dated April 19, 2019, and that this loan has an early repayment option at the earliest by the end of the 5th year. It has been decided to repay the loan by using the early repayment option, and with the approval of the BRSA, the repayment has been made today (December 27, 2024)."
