The Environmental Impact Assessment Process for Enerjisa Customer Solutions' Kalecik Storage Solar Power Plant-1 Project Has Begun

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process has commenced for the Kalecik Storage-based GES-1 project planned by Enerjisa Customer Solutions. The announcement made on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permission and Supervision provided the following information:

"The Kalecik Storage-based GES-1 Solar Power Plant (50 MWe/70.001 MWm) and Electrical Storage Facility (50 MWe/50 MWh) project, planned by ENERJİSA MÜŞTERİ ÇÖZÜMLERİ A.Ş. in the Kalecik district, Gümüşpınar Neighborhood, Parcel No. 1 on Plot 220 in ANKARA, has been reviewed in accordance with Article 8 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation. It has been determined that the application was prepared in accordance with the EIA General Format, and the EIA Process concerning the project has been initiated. Until the Environmental Impact Assessment process is completed, all information related to the process and any opinions, questions, and suggestions regarding the project can be sent to the ANKARA Governor's Office (Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change) or the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change."
