Central Bank Releases 2025 Monetary Policy Meeting Calendar

The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) has announced the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting and report schedule for the years 2025 and 2026. The bank will hold a total of 8 MPC meetings in 2025 and will make the meeting summaries, as well as inflation and financial stability reports, public. Additionally, the calendar for the first three months of 2026 has been disclosed.

The 2025 calendar prepared by the Central Bank indicates that a total of 8 MPC meetings will take place. Following each meeting, summaries will be published within a week. The inflation reports for 2025 will be presented to the public in February, May, August, and November. Two separate reports will be released for the assessment of financial stability, scheduled for May 30 and November 28.

The MPC meetings in 2025 will take place on January 23, March 6, April 17, June 19, July 24, September 11, October 23, and December 11. Meeting summaries will be shared in the weeks following these dates, providing important data for investors and those closely monitoring the business world and the economy.

Regarding 2026, the Central Bank has also included the dates for the MPC meetings and reports in the first three months of the year. The meetings scheduled for January and March are set for January 22 and March 12, respectively. Meeting summaries will be published a week later on January 29, February 19, and March 19. The first inflation report for 2026 is scheduled to be announced on February 12.
