Competition Authority Approves Acquisition of Shares in RNV Analytics Technology by Four Funds

The Competition Authority has granted permission for the acquisition of certain shares of RNV Analytics Technology and Consulting Inc., under the joint control of Gökhan Yücel and Ahmet Kayıran, by four funds.

The decision stated: "It is permitted for the shares of RNV Analytics Technology and Consulting Inc., under the joint control of Gökhan Yücel and Ahmet Kayıran, to be acquired by the Turkey Development Fund-Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc.-Development METU Technopolis Venture Capital Investment Fund, Arz Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc.-Teknogirişim Venture Capital Investment Fund, Arz Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc.-Fifth Venture Capital Investment Fund, and Inveo Ventures Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc."
