Competition Authority Approves Aksa Akrilik's Acquisition of Sole Control over Epsilon Kompozit

The Competition Authority has authorized the acquisition of sole control of Epsilon Composite, which is jointly controlled by Akkök Holding and BTB Aviation, by Aksa Akrilik (IS:AKSA). The decision stated: "The transaction of the sole control of Epsilon Composite Technology and Defense Industry Inc., which is currently under joint control of Akkök Holding Inc. and its shareholders, as well as BTB Havacılık Yatırım A.Ş., has been authorized by Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.Ş."
