An application has been made to the Competition Authority for the transfer of 100% of the shares of Foreks - Ciner Yayın Holding Anonim Şirketi, which belongs to Park Holding Anonim Şirketi, to Doğal Yaşam İnşaat ve Taahhüt Anonim Şirketi, and for the withdrawal of Park Holding Anonim Şirketi from the shareholding.
