Efes Holding Acquires Approximately 1.24 Million Shares of Şişecam

Foreks - Efes Holding purchased approximately 1.24 million shares of Şişecam (IS:SISE) yesterday. With this acquisition, the Company's ownership stake in Şişecam reached 6.841%. In a statement made to KAP, it was noted, "On 24.12.2024, a purchase transaction with a total nominal value of 1,242,977 TL in the price range of 43.16-44.12 TL regarding the shares of Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. has been carried out by us. With this transaction, our shares/voting rights in Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. have reached the limit of 6.841% as of 24.12.2024."
