TANKER REPORT - Three Tankers to Transit the Dardanelles and Istanbul Straits
Forex - There are no issues with transit passages through the Istanbul Strait, which is one of the most important routes for transporting oil from the Black Sea region countries to the world. However, the Dardanelles Strait is closed to transit passages due to buoy maintenance.
According to a report received via email from Tribeca Maritime Services, a total of three tankers are expected to pass through the straits today. Winds of 6-8 in intensity are expected in both straits on Thursday.
