The EIA Report for Entek Elektrik's Adatoprakpınar Solar Power Project is Now Open for Public Consultation
The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) application file for the Adatoprakpınar Solar Power Plant project planned by Entek Elektrik has been opened for public review.
According to a statement made on the official website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit and Inspection, the following information was provided:
"The Environmental Impact Assessment process for the Adatoprakpınar Solar Power Plant (50 MWm/50 MWe-90.51 ha) and Electricity Storage Facility (50 MWh/50 MWe) project, planned by Entek Elektrik Üretimi A.Ş. within the boundaries of Seyitgazi district in Eskişehir province, has begun, and the Environmental Impact Assessment Application File has been opened for public consultation. In accordance with Article 9 of the EIA Regulation, a Public Participation Meeting will be held on 23/01/2025 to inform the public about the project and to gather opinions and suggestions. Those who wish to examine the EIA Application File can do so at the Ministry's Headquarters or at the Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization from the announcement date, and may submit their opinions to the Ministry or the Governorship within the project timeline. Information regarding the location and time of the Public Participation Meeting can be obtained from the General Directorate of EIA, Permit and Inspection and the Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change."
