Competition Authority Approves Linde Opsan Automotive's Acquisition of Sole Control via KEB Metal Investment

The Competition Authority has approved the acquisition of sole control over Linde Opsan Automotive Parts Industry and Trade Inc., which is currently under joint control of Linde + Wiemann SE & Co. KG and Linde + Wiemann Beteiligungs GmbH along with the Ersu Family, by KEB Metal Investment Inc., owned by the Ersu Family.
