Anadolu Insurance Wins Medal at Payment Systems Magazine Awards

Anadolu Sigorta has been awarded the Gold Prize in the "Most Innovative Product" category at the Payment Systems Magazine (PSM) Awards, which recognizes innovative products and services aimed at the development of the finance and technology sectors, for its "Towing Location Optimization" project. The award was presented to Orhan İşler, the Assistant and Procurement Management Director of Anadolu Sigorta, during a ceremony held at the İş Towers Auditorium in Levent, Istanbul.

The "Towing Location Optimization" project aims to enhance the efficiency of towing assistance services, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and reducing operational costs. Launched on January 1, 2023, and set to go live on June 30, 2024, this project has led to a 60% reduction in customer complaints, while the travel time to accident sites has decreased by 30% due to the optimal positioning of tow trucks.
