Treasury Identifies Banks Set to Operate as Market Makers in 2025
The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has identified the banks deemed suitable to operate as Market Makers in 2025. According to the announcement, 11 banks will serve as Market Makers in 2025. It was mentioned that the criteria established for banks already involved in the Market Maker system or those wishing to join for the period from January to December 2025 were announced to the public in a Press Release dated December 16, 2024.
The announcement stated, "According to Articles 11 and 13 of the 'Market Maker Agreement', which regulates the rights provided to banks within the framework of the Market Making practice, the obligations imposed, and general principles, the banks that meet the determined criteria and are deemed suitable to operate as Market Makers in the January to December 2025 period are listed below in alphabetical order."
Accordingly, the banks are as follows:

- HSBC Bank A.Ş.
- QNB Bank A.Ş.
- T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş.
- Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş.

- Türkiye Halk Bankası (IS:HALKB) A.Ş.
- Türkiye İş Bankası A (IS:ISBTR).Ş.
- Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O.
