REIDIN: The Project with the Highest Housing Fees is in Istanbul

The REIDIN 2024 Brand Housing Projects Dues Report has been published. According to the results for 2024, the project with the highest housing dues is located in Istanbul. The districts with the highest dues are Istanbul/Şişli, Ankara/Çankaya, and Izmir/Konak. Based on the analysis of the Dues Values of Brand Housing Projects for 2024, the district with the highest average housing dues in Istanbul is Şişli at 97.72 TL/m2, while in Ankara, it is Çankaya at 22.03 TL/m2, and in Izmir, it is Konak at 58.32 TL/m2.
