In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted, "On 25.12.2024, we have executed a purchase transaction totaling 850,000 TL nominal value within the price range of 43.58-43.80 TL for the shares of Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. As of 25.12.2024, our share/voting rights in Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. have reached the threshold of 6.869%."
