TANKER REPORT - 39 Tankers Located in Black Sea Ports
According to a report prepared by Tribeca Maritime Services and shared via email, there are a total of 39 tankers currently in the Black Sea, which is the first stage for oil arriving in the region to reach the world through the Istanbul Strait and the Dardanelles Strait. Of these tankers, 24 are classified as aframax, 13 as suezmax, and 2 as panamax. When considering tankers that have not yet docked at the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is noted to be 51. The Black Sea ports where tankers are docking include Russia's Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Georgia's Supsa. Currently, there are 34 tankers docked in Novorossiysk, 3 in Taman, and 2 in Kavkaz, while there are no tankers present in Supsa and Tuapse ports.
