Administrative Fines Under the Energy Efficiency Law Increased by 43.93%

The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has increased the administrative fines to be applied under the Energy Efficiency Law by 43.93%, effective January 1, 2025. The communiqué prepared by the Ministry has been published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, the aforementioned fines have been recalibrated by the revaluation rate determined for 2024 at 43.93%.
