İmaş Makina has signed contracts worth $5.79 million
İmaş Makina Sanayi A.Ş (IMASM) announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that the company has signed contracts worth a total of $5.79 million for the establishment of flour and feed mills with its clients located in Africa and Turkey. The company stated that advance payments have been credited, and shipments are expected to take place in the first half of 2025.
GSD Varlık Yönetim achieves success in two tenders
GSD Holding A.Ş.'s (GSDHO) subsidiary GSD Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. succeeded in two significant tenders. The company won the tender for Garanti Faktoring (GARFA) A.Ş.'s commercial/SME portfolio with a principal amount of 88.9 million TL and Anadolu Bank A.Ş.'s similar portfolio with a principal amount of 77.3 million TL by offering the highest bids. Both tenders involved participation from various asset management companies. The results of the tenders are subject to approval by the boards of the relevant financial institutions, and upon approval, the contract and receivable assignment processes will commence.
DERHL shares are closed to leveraged transactions within the scope of VBTS
According to a statement published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by Borsa İstanbul, the Capital Markets Board's decision has led to the implementation of the Volatility-Based Precautionary System (VBTS) within which DERHL shares will be closed to leverage transactions from December 16, 2024, until January 15, 2025. During this period, these shares will not be subject to leveraged transactions.
