New Contracts from KONTR, Advertising Deal with MACKO, and Fresh Partnerships from TCKRC

Among the announcements made today on the Public Disclosure Platform, notable highlights include Kontrolmatik's major projects in energy storage, Mackolik's agreements in the digital advertising sector, Kıraç Galvaniz's new collaborations, and Çemtaş’s opening of a new branch in Germany.

Kontrolmatik Teknoloji signs new energy storage contract
Kontrolmatik Teknoloji Enerji ve Mühendislik A.Ş.'s (KONTR) subsidiary, Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("POMEGA"), reached an agreement with a domestic customer for the provision and installation of an energy storage system under a project with a capacity of 32MWh.
This sales contract, valued at approximately 7,256,217 USD, includes Pomega's own production of lithium battery cells, battery management systems, and energy management systems, with the project expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025. This project will be Turkey's largest integrated energy storage investment in photovoltaic systems.
This significant agreement reflects the goal of increasing domestic production capacity in energy storage technologies. Upon completion, it is expected to make a substantial contribution to Turkey's energy storage capacity.

Mackolik signs major advertising deal
Maçkolik İnternet Hizmetleri Tic. A.Ş. (MACKO) has signed a one-year advertising sales contract with Elektronik Bahis Oyunları A.Ş. (Oley.com), which will be effective from January 1, 2025. Valued at a total of 168 million TL + VAT, this contract is expected to strengthen Mackolik's position in the digital advertising market.

New collaborations from Kıraç Galvaniz
Kıraç Galvaniz Telekomünikasyon Metal Makine İnşaat Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (TCKRC) has formed a new joint venture with Öztekin Teknik Servis Ekipmanları Savunma Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Öztekin Savunma) to operate in the defense industry.
Additionally, consultancy and joint venture agreements have been signed concerning the tenders won by Öztekin Savunma from the General Directorate of Security.
In another announcement by Kıraç Galvaniz, it was reported that they have won the performance-based guardrail construction tender opened by the 1st Regional Directorate of Highways.

Çemtaş opens new branch in Germany
Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (CEMTS) has decided to open a new branch in the Kempen region of Germany.
The tasks related to opening this branch, aimed at improving export activities and customer relationships, have been assigned to General Manager Nuri Özdemirel. This move aims to expand and strengthen the company's presence in the international market.

DCT Trading makes technology investment
Dct Trading Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (DCTTR) purchased shares from TRK Teknoloji Yazılım Arge A.Ş. for 600,000 USD, equating to 20,890,620 TL, on December 12, 2024. This investment aims to strengthen the company's commercial activities through the development of artificial intelligence technologies and digital technology innovations.
