Competition Authority Concludes Investigation into Asmaş, Kümaş, and Piromet

The Competition Authority has completed its investigation concerning Asmaş, Kümaş, and Piromet. As a result of the investigation, it has been determined that the actions of Asmaş and Piromet aimed at reaching an understanding regarding the prices to be offered in tenders violated Article 4 of Law No. 4054. Consequently, an administrative monetary fine of 8,316,022.13 TL was imposed on Asmaş and 6,854,747.87 TL on Piromet. Additionally, it was decided that no administrative monetary fine would be imposed on Kümaş due to the lack of findings indicating a violation of Article 4 of Law No. 4054.
