Tofaş's Workforce Decreases by 13% in Latest Financial Report; Approximately 330 Million TL Payouts for Departed Employees

Forex - Tofaş (IS:TOASO) has reduced its total employee count by 13%, bringing it down to 4,593 compared to the total number of employees at the last balance sheet date. According to Tofaş's statement to KAP, approximately 330 million TL will be paid to the departing employees. Tofaş reported that due to the impact of employees who have qualified for retirement and/or voluntarily left the company, as well as those whose employment contracts were terminated within the scope of production planning, the total employee count has decreased by 13% to 4,593 compared to the total employee count disclosed in the last balance sheet date. The statement noted, "The legal payment amount to be made to the departing employees has been calculated to be approximately 330 million TL."
