Treasury Set to Auction One Bond and Two Notes Next Week
The Treasury will hold an auction next week for one bill and two bonds. On Monday, December 9, a bond with a maturity of 4 years (1,456 days), due on June 6, 2028, which pays coupons quarterly and is indexed to TLREF, will be sold for the first time. On Tuesday, December 10, a bill with a maturity of 9 months (273 days), due on September 10, 2025, and a bond with a maturity of 10 years (3,577 days), due on September 27, 2034, with a fixed coupon, will be reintroduced to the market. The value date for the issuances taking place over two days will be Wednesday, December 11, 2024. The Treasury has a total domestic debt service of 42 billion 382 million TL, which includes 37 billion 963 million TL to be issued in the market and 4 billion 419 million TL.
