TEMSA Becomes One of France's Top Three Players
At the AutoCar Expo, TEMSA showcased its innovative solutions and eco-friendly technologies to visitors, displaying its HD 13, LD SB E, and MD 9 vehicles at its booth, in line with the understanding of safe and sustainable mobility.
Speaking on the press day of the event, Serkan Uzunay, Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales in Western Europe at TEMSA, stated, “As TEMSA, we are among the strongest players in the French market. Our strength is significantly supported by our own distribution and service network organization in the region. At the AutoCar Expo, we demonstrated this power and differentiated ourselves once again with our reliable, sustainable, and innovative solutions that shape the future of mobility. As we approach the end of 2024, it is a great source of pride for us to increase the number of TEMSA brand vehicles on French roads to 6,000 with the deliveries we have made. France is currently the country where the most TEMSA vehicles serve globally. We aim to take this success further with our sustainable transportation solutions.
We have particularly strengthened our position in the electric vehicle segment with the LD SB E, which holds the feature of being the first electric intercity bus produced by a European company that we introduced in recent years. With its technical specifications and high safety criteria, this model is also competent to serve as a school bus in France, allowing us to diversify our product range in the market and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of different customer groups. With our eco-friendly TEMSA vehicles, we will continue to build a more efficient transportation future both in France and on a global scale in line with our vision of 'Safe and Sustainable Mobility.'”
The LD SB E, a strong player in the electric school bus segment where TEMSA holds a pioneering position in France, offers robust performance in all road conditions thanks to its 250 kW electric motor. The range of the LD SB E can reach up to 350 kilometers under suitable conditions.
