Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Q4 Revenue Surges by 15%

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company announced on Thursday that its net revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024 increased by 15% year-over-year, reaching $8.5 billion, surpassing analysts' estimates. The company stated that its diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose by 102% compared to the previous year, reaching $0.99. Earnings from operations increased by 36% in the fourth quarter, reaching $693 million. Net earnings soared by 112%, totaling $1.4 billion for the three-month period ending October 31, 2024.

HPE expects revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025 to grow "in the mid-teens percentage range," while anticipating diluted EPS to be in the range of $0.31 to $0.36. HPE President and CEO Antonio Neri remarked, "We exceeded our commitments for revenue, EPS, and free cash flow for the entire year." Following the report's release, the company's shares rose by 2.68% in after-hours trading.
