US Retail Sales Increased by 3.1% in November

Forex - In the U.S., retail chains saw a 3.1% increase in comparable store sales in November compared to the same period last year. Sales had risen by 6.7% in September and 5.1% in October. According to data compiled by Johnson Redbook, comparable sales in the clothing sector increased by 2.5%. Overall, total store sales experienced a year-over-year increase of 5.6% for the month.
