İşNet Launches Cloud Signing for Invoice Submission
Forex - İşNet is launching a new era in e-Book submission. With the "Cloud Signing" application, which is being implemented for the first time in Turkey, e-Book submission processes are reduced to mere seconds.
Through Cloud Signing, companies using Luca MMP and financial advisors communicate their e-Books to the GIB using their financial seal and e-signature via İşNet. These processes are carried out in the background through the cloud by İşNet. Thus, e-Books can be easily sent to the GIB without the need to enter a financial seal and e-signature into the system. This feature, developed in collaboration with İşNet and TÜRMOB, reduces the workload of financial advisors while significantly shortening the book submission processes.
E-Book submission processes are completed within seconds.
Stating that users of NetteArşiv and İşteDefterim can use the "Cloud Signing" feature for free, İşNet e-Transformation Products Group Manager Ayhan Akgöz said, "With the Cloud Signing feature, e-Book submission processes are completed in seconds. Our financial advisors can send the e-Books they create in Luca MMP to the Revenue Administration (GIB) using our NetteArşiv or İşteDefterim services. They can also track the submission status and securely store their e-Books in the İşNet NetteArşiv and İşteDefterim infrastructure. Cloud Signing eliminates the burden of using a financial seal and e-signature in e-Book submissions, resolving the operating system issues faced by our financial advisors."
Emphasizing that they have received significant interest despite starting this service recently, Akgöz noted, "From day one, thousands of financial advisors started using the 'Cloud Signing' feature. This number is increasing every day. As İşNet, we will continue to focus on our customers and connect our users with innovative solutions."
How to Use "Cloud Signing"?
To use the Cloud Signing feature, financial advisors and companies that submit e-Books through Luca MMP first provide a "compliant book software consent" via the Digital Tax Office. Afterwards, they define the entry information for NetteArşiv or İşteDefterim products in the e-Book Transactions menu in Luca MMP. Once these processes are completed, they can select the application they are a customer of during e-Book submission via Luca MMP and start using the Cloud Signing feature.
