New Leadership Team Formed with John Elkann at the Helm of Stellantis' Temporary Executive Committee
Stellantis is rapidly completing its new organizational structure. In this context, a new management team has been established along with John ELKANN, who is presiding over the Interim Executive Committee.
The statement read: "The process of appointing a new permanent CEO at Stellantis, one of the world’s largest mobility companies, is proceeding at full speed. The process, which will be completed in the first half of 2025, is being managed by the Board of Directors' Special Committee.
As the new CEO appointment is finalized, the changing organizational structure becomes effective immediately. In this context, the Interim Executive Committee (IEC) will be responsible for the management and oversight of the company on behalf of the Board of Directors. John ELKANN will head the IEC. The committee will consist of the President and the following executives, whose responsibilities are as follows: • Arnaud DEBOEUF: Production and Supply Chain • Xavier CHÉREAU: Human Resources • Ned CURIC: Engineering and Technology, Software, and Free2move • Antonio FILOSA: Americas (North and South America) Regions, including Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®️, Ram, and Maserati Design within North America Design Organization • Beatrice FOUCHER: Planning • Jean-Philippe IMPARATO: Expanded Europe, Pro One, and Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS, FIAT, Lancia, Opel, and Peugeot. The European Design Organization will also report to this position. • Douglas OSTERMANN: Finance • Maxime PICAT: Purchasing and Supplier Quality, along with Leapmotor International focusing on China and the Middle East & Africa, India & Asia Pacific • Philippe DE ROVIRA: Affiliates
The Vice Presidents will support the IEC and report directly to the President: • Bertrand BLAISE: Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility • Olivier BOURGES: Customer Experience • Giorgio FOSSATI: Chief Legal Counsel • Santo FICILI: Maserati in addition to Alfa Romeo • Olivier FRANCOIS: Marketing in addition to Fiat, Abarth, and DS • Clara INGEN-HOUSZ: Public Relations
Richard PALMER, appointed as Special Advisor to the Chairman, will join the IEC to provide consulting to the leadership team.
