The Environmental Impact Assessment Report for Koza Gold's Çukuralan Gold Mine Crushing and Screening Facility Project Is Now Open for Discussion

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report for the Çukuralan Gold Mine Crushing and Screening Plant project planned by Koza Gold (IS:KOZAL) has been opened for public review.

In a statement posted on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permission and Supervision, the following information was provided: "The EIA Report prepared for the Çukuralan Gold Mine Crushing and Screening Plant project planned by KOZA ALTIN İŞLETMELERİ A.Ş. in the DİKİLİ district of İZMİR province has been reviewed and finalized by the Review and Evaluation Commission (REC). This report has been opened for public comment for ten (10) calendar days in accordance with Article 14 (1) of the EIA Regulation, at the Ministry and the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. The opinions submitted to the Ministry/Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change will be considered in the decision-making process regarding the project. Comments and suggestions can be submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change or the İzmir Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization during this period."
